The cuisine aboard Mahalo II is of a high standard and meals are usually served in a smorgasboard style setting.
Breakfast consists of a choice of cereals, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, juice and toast with the occasional cooked breakfast of bacon & eggs. Tea, Coffee, Juice and soft drinks are available throughout the day as well plenty of cold water. Also a varity of Fresh fruit, biscuits and muesli bars.
Lunch consists of a healthy varity of roasted cold meats and fresh salads. Nibblies are served with drinks in the evening on the sunset deck while our cook with assistance from the crew prepares the evening meal. Dinner is served utilizing the freshest produce you can get straight from the sea, the fish of the day is prepared in many excitingand different ways. Entres of Mud crabs and oysters are served if caught that day. Also a variety of desserts are also served.
For the non Fish eaters or people with Shellfish allergies a seperate menu will be arranged.
Alcoholic beverages can be BYO or may be pre-ordered through us using using our local supplier "Rusty's IGA in Derby". It is a good idea to order at least 30 days prior to your sea safari. Payment will be arranged with us and the transaction directed to Rusty's IGA by your credit card or direct EFT transfer. We will arrange your order to be delivered and stowed onboard Mahalo II for you safari. Wine orders from your own supplier can be delivered to our office in Derby prior to your departure please allow 30 days to have it delivered and have it addressed to:
