Oystering & Mudcrabbing

One of the famous dishes prepared expertly by the crew is Oysters Kilpatrick. The large black lipped oysters are fun to collect at low tide. The crew will guide you in the picking of an oyster and the delicious little morsels are cooked to perfection for the evening's entre.

Mudcrabbing is a whole new experience for most. Using fish heads as bait, guests are invited to take turns in the tender to set and pull the crab pots. The mangrove creeks are beautiful in their own right with an abundance of birdlife and provide the opportunity to see crocodiles in the wild.
