2013 Tour Schedule

Buccaneer Sea Safaris Terms and Conditions.
•    Pricing is all inclusive in AU$ dollars and inclusive of GST charges.
•    Complimentary bus transfers between Broome and Derby and our vessel are now fully included in the above prices.       
•    Alcohol and mixers are a BYO system. This can be arranged for you prior to tour departure.                                           
•    The above pricing is based on a minimum number of 6 passengers per tour and is worked out based on two passengers per room. Passengers who book earliest and upon confirmation of their booking have first choice of the available rooms. For single passengers we will endeavour to match you with a same sex travelling companion at no extra cost. Where single passengers prefer their own room, a single supplement of 50% will be charged. Tours may depart with less than 6 passengers but Extra charges may apply.
•    The Maximum number of Passengers on Safari is limited to 12 per tour. For Exclusive Whole Boat Charters this can be exceeded, additional charges may apply.
•    A 25% deposit and a completed booking information form is required to confirm any bookings. Upon receiving payment of the deposit the booking will then be confirmed in writing. The balance payment is due no less than 30 days prior to departure. For bookings less than 30 days prior to tour departure full payment is required at time of booking.
•    Our preferred method of Payment is by EFT or Cheque. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.                       
•    NB: Credit Card Payments will incur a fee of 2.29%.
•    Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of 21 days. Tour schedule and pricing is subject to change without notice.   
•    Due to the Remoteness of the Kimberley Coastline and the High Cost of Evacuation.  Comprehensive Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended.

Cancelation Policy.
Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. A refund shall be paid to passengers cancelling in excess of 90 days prior to departure less a booking fee of 25% of the deposit amount held.  Cancellation within 90-30 days prior to tour departure will forfeit 100% of the deposit amount held.   Cancellations made after the final balance payment due date (30 days prior to departure) will forfeit 100% of the tour value. No refunds will be given to passengers who decide to depart during the tour for any reason. All costs incurred to depart the tour early will be at the passenger/s expense.
Buccaneer Sea Safaris reserves the right to postpone, cancel or alter any tour due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, lack of passengers etc. In such event a full refund for the days cancelled will be given.
